By placing an order with M Al Khayyat ("MAK"), the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions governing all bespoke commissions and made-to-order garments.
Made-to-Order Garments
Each MAK garment is crafted individually upon order and produced exclusively for its intended wearer according to the measurements provided by the client. Selected designs are offered in limited quantities. By placing an order, the client acknowledges that each piece is commissioned and created specifically on their behalf.
The bespoke nature of our designs and handcrafted process ensures that every garment is individually commissioned for its intended wearer
Measurements
Clients are kindly requested to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all measurements and specifications submitted at the time of purchase. Variations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Orders, Returns, Refunds, cancellations & Exchanges
As each garment is commissioned and produced specifically for its intended wearer, production is initiated upon payment confirmation and the order is thereafter considered final and generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund. Please refer to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy for further information.
Shipping & Delivery
Each MAK garment is individually commissioned and produced upon order. As a result, delivery timeframes are influenced by the collection, production requirements, material availability, third-party suppliers, shipping providers, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any delivery timeframe provided by MAK is an estimate only. Within the United Arab Emirates, orders may be delivered or made available for collection where applicable. Privacy Policy
MAK is committed to earning and preserving the trust of every client through the responsible and discreet handling of personal information. Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with clients, and providing our services. MAK does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize personal information under any circumstances. Limited information may be shared only with trusted service providers acting exclusively on our behalf to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange deliveries, or where required by applicable law. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, and design offerings may be amended without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
