By placing an order with M Al Khayyat ("MAK"): the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions governing all bespoke commissions and made-to-order garments.
Made-to-Order Garments
Each MAK garment is crafted individually upon order and produced exclusively for its intended wearer according to the measurements provided by the client. Selected designs are offered in limited quantities. By placing an order, the client acknowledges that each piece is commissioned and created specifically on their behalf.
The bespoke nature of our designs and handcrafted process allows each piece to be individually commissioned and produced exclusively upon demand.
Shipping & Delivery
Each MAK garment is individually commissioned and handcrafted upon order.
As a result, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the collection, design complexity, materials, and specific requirements of each piece.
United Arab Emirates
For deliveries within the United Arab Emirates, orders are generally fulfilled within 15 to 45 calendar days from the date of order confirmation.
International Deliveries
For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, production timelines may vary according to the nature of the order. Shipping times are additionally subject to the destination country, customs procedures, and the selected courier service.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery timeframe provided by MAK is an estimate only and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.
While every effort is made to complete and dispatch orders within the anticipated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors including material availability, production requirements, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
MAK shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the client.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Such charges remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website, including designs, photographs, logos, text, and other materials, remains the exclusive property of M Al Khayyat and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, and design offerings may be amended without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
